How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak
wedding season (May-September). For weddings, we suggest booking
6-12 months in advance. For corporate events and smaller gatherings,
2-3 months notice is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings may be
possible depending on availability.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We offer free, no-obligation consultations for all our
services. We'll discuss your vision, requirements, and budget to
create a tailored proposal. We also offer menu tastings for catering
services so you can sample our food before booking.
What types of catering do you offer?
We offer a wide range of catering options including buffet service,
plated dinners, canapés and reception style, food stations, BBQs,
and street food style. We work with you to create a bespoke menu
that matches your event style and preferences.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We cater for all dietary needs including vegan,
vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and halal.

our chefs will create delicious alternatives for your guests.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Yes, we offer complimentary menu tastings for catering bookings.
This gives you the opportunity to sample our food, discuss any
modifications, and finalise your menu choices with confidence.
What's included in your mobile bar hire?
Our mobile bar hire includes a fully stocked bar, professional
bartenders, glassware, and bar equipment. We can customise the bar
to match your event theme and branding. We also offer cocktail
classes and signature drink creation services.
Do you have the necessary licenses?
Yes, we hold all required licenses for serving alcohol. We also
handle Temporary Event Notices (TENs) for venues that don't have a
permanent alcohol license, ensuring compliant and stress-free
service.
What photo booth options do you offer?
We offer a variety of photo booth options including open-air booths,
enclosed booths, GIF booths, and 360 video booths. All come with
custom backdrops, props, instant printing, and digital sharing
options. We can also brand the prints with your event theme.
What is your payment structure?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining
balance due 14 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, card
payments, and can discuss payment plans for larger bookings. All
prices include VAT.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the timing. Deposits are
generally non-refundable, but we understand that plans can change.
